I think the even better question is if incarceratedbob got his credit, or if he is going on a year long manhunt to take out all these reporters who reported Revis's signing with giving him credit.

I hope Revis doesn't get injured in the first opening game of the season!

I hope no one gets injured personally.

The trainers and coaches will do what's right. If they truly don't think he is ready he won't be out there. He's too important to risk some stupid injury he got from coming back to early.

so that 4 year deal is the contract extension deal right? Basically, now he has to play for the jets for 7 more years right?

I'll hold off celebrating Tanny's genius on this one until I see how he's protected the Jets from a 2012 hold out after he's collected the 32.5.

No one in their mind would advise Revis to do that, so that is why I agree with you.

    huh?

If their isn't something in the contract to prevent the 2012 holdout, I'd be shocked if it didn't happen.

I'm not even worried about that right now. I'd be shocked if there wasn't language in the contract to prevent Revis from holding the Jets hostage for his last two seasons.

    LOL

I was referring to S&F advising Revis, agreeing with your point that you made above.

So would I, but I want to see it.

I'm glad he's back in the fold, I think this years defense has the potential to be special.
