    Can we wait till we hear the terms before we make wild assumptions. I'm pretty sure Revis didn't get what he wanted but more than 12M per year.

    Schefter Reports that Revis's new deal will likely be a team record, but NOT an NFL record.

    Sounds like Tanny won this won. Especially since the Jets can easily turn this 7 year deal into a 4 year one.

    Not necessarily. $120 million was already going to be the richest defensive deal in NFL history, and Schefter has now said that it's a team, not NFL, record deal.
