I love Connor and he's probably the better player now, but I don't like this move. T-Rich is a huge leader, this could be really bad for the team.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I don't care if Connor is ready to start running some motherfuckers into the ground. You just don't cut a class act and true leader within the locker room like this. Bad move Tanny, bad move.
I don't really take anything I see from HBO seriously, because as you said, it's edited. However, TRich is definitely a great locker room guy and Mark always mentions how he leans on him like a crutch. It's sad to see him go, but keeping two fullbacks on a team (and on the active roster) is a tough thing to do
This is ridiculous.. Looks like the team is really selling their souls for a championship run.. while it's nice and all.. I've never seen this team to be one that was so business oriented than it has been this off-season.. maybe it's cause of the behind the door view that Hard Knocks has provided or because of all the media blitzing. I've tried to myself that all these moves are being made for the betterment of the team, but a lot of stuff that going on just makes me cringe.. This just doesn't seem like Jet football to me anymore.. I don't know if this makes any sense, but this move in particular just doesn't sit well with me.
So... now we have ZERO leaders on offense. Tanny is getting to cost friendly, and it's really starting to hurt us. Richardson was our leader, and now we'll probably never get to see Tony play in the NFL ever again.
The only thing I can think is they are going to make a run at Revis. I don't think TR was completely shot.
Tony Richardson released Yeah, that's my problem to. We just went from 7 backs to 5. And we still have 4 TEs.
Exactly... and brought in Jason Taylor.. I've been ok with that when it happened, but look at this turn around... you have to ask yourselves WTF? props to the JCole sig
