Theres talks of Prince and Corey Hart being available, and the Giants are reportedly willing to move Sanchez or Bum for them. Hopefully Prince, becuase SF needs a big name bat to drum up attendence.

Oh nice. The benefits of being fucking awesome, despite having a stupid amount of injuries. I really have no idea how I managed to stay in 1st with a majority of my team seeing significant DL time this year. If I had Pedroia and Morales still, I think I'd be unstopable.. Best of luck to you sir!

Since I'm pretty much out I'll just say a couple things we need to change for next season: Add more DL spots to 4 or 5 since there are tons of DL injuries in baseball especially with the large rosters, 3 of my keepers from '09 were all on the dl at the same time for most of August and it's kind of hard to fill a spot when you can't dump a superstar who is injured in a keeper league. Bigger bench - Kind of goes with the DL but I also had trouble since I've had at least 3 guys get DTD injuries which kept them out for a bit but I didn't want to bump them off the roster because you never know when they'll be back. 1 week playoffs - I just hate the 2 week playoff thing, I go from advancing to the 2nd round to getting bumped again. It's annoying because the guy I'm playing isn't even active. I'd rather have 3 more weeks of regular season play to keep people's interest in the last month. Activity rule - Something like a 3 strike rule if people are leaving in players who are on the DL in the starting roster for the week, if we get more DL spots that is.
Came back from 3-7 to eek out 5-4-1. 1st time I've ever won a two week game. H-O-L-Y- C-O-W! Still hate the format though since the season stretches till the end of the year when playoff teams start benching healthy guys a couple of weeks in advance.
