"Gee Bah-kum lined up to the left." Also, look at the time Todd has there. That was a great O-line back then--Marvin Powell, Randy Rasmussen (or Stan Waldemore depending if it's 81 or 82), Joe Fields, Dan Alexander and Chris Ward.
Two of the best games I was ever at. Also--look at how things change over time. These two games were almost the same date, 16 years apart, in the same stadium. The uniforms, field, background, etc, all different.
To me that kick at Oakland was the most impressive of his career, maybe by any Jet I've ever seen. Clock running, season on the line, 50 yards or whatever it was, in a place we rarely ever win. Money!
Rarely ever? It was NEVER until that game, that wa an amazing kick. I always felt confident w/ Hall on the long kicks, it was the chip shots that worried me. he would also always seem to miss the kick that could give us a cushion, a kick that could send the lead from 6-7 to 9-10.
