Agree! With Cromartie and Wilson starting are secondary will be fine. Save the money and sign the other three starters that are there and in the last year of their contracts.
Well, I should have said I am indifferent as opposed to not caring. If he signs, great. If he shows up in camp without signing even better. If he sits out all year and the next two after that, who cares? Not me.

keep believing a rookie starting at corner will make our secondary fine. although what I love Kyle Wilson...I dont think its appropriate for a all or nothing year to start a rook. at the end of the day if he does his job on the field, I could give a fuck.

With what we are currently paying Harris, Cromartie and Holmes plus $15M - $20M a year we could resign all three of them. (If we are lucky we might even get Edwards under contract too.) You will get them a lot cheaper now then in a year, especially if we do win it all. Our secondary is just fine and better right now than just a year ago at this time. The team of Cromartie and Wilson is better than Lito and MEvi$ was. And after all isn't this is a team sport. Reward the three who are showing they are truly Jets. Woody sent a small message by getting Mangold signed, but if he really wants to send the shot heard around the world sign the other three guys that are there. Just as many of you I got up this morning hoping to read some good news, but after another disappointment I have given up and don't care anymore. I've moved on and think the Jets should do the same. You may think this is just another Reivs holdout thread, but it is an I don't give a F@#$ about him thread. Holmes has shown enough to be the #1 WR and Cromartie is showing enough to be kept around as a #1 CB. Harris is a vital part of our defense and many (as I do) think he is as good as or better than Scott, plus a lot of years left to get even better. These guys should be the focus and as a whole are more vital in the next six years to keeping the Jets in the SB run. Show the love to the ones that deserve it and move on.....bash me all you want. For two 1st round draft picks and not having to morgage the Jets future I would gladly say trade the A$$.
that seems to be a trend right now, but to be honest... everybody connected in the NFL expects Revis to be signed aug 20th- sep. so making shit up right now hardly makes them look like a genius hahah. last week we all thought he would be back sometime this week, or before the LAST preseason game.
I trust he found it from another forum and didn't make it up himself, but I really wish people would confirm stuff before posting it. Like I said before, I don't think anyone should post anything like that unless they have a direct link.
