I think that is exactly the situation. By the way, what exactly are the consequences for breaking the blackout agreement? The other side says "I am mad at you" or something?
I mean if Revis gets 150 million then you can't deny that those Jewish gentlemen are very good at what they do
This is nuts 10 years 150 mill!! How are we going to sign cro, holmes and edwards oh yea harris too!!
I guess most players don't care if their agent is a douchebag as long as they ultimately get the most money possible. Agents are paid to be assholes. If I were a player, I'd use an asshole agent too.
I don't care if it happen today or friday or whenever, just as long as it gets done. Then I can start wearing my Mevis, opps Revis Jerseys again.
Sure is. The only time it would matter is if he was in college as an amateur. He would just lose his amateur status.
Definitely not, but it's extremely similar just on a smaller scale. The athlete refusing to speak - to the point of his silence causing a negative effect for his image and relationship with the FO/fans- is just awful PR advice for a guy with his rep previously. The silence is a tool with a specific purpose in both siutations, and it's maintained even to the point of doing damage to the player's rep of being a good guy with a different approach than "those other guys." Again, I'm not saying that he's evil, just that it's a shame that he's been convinced that this absence of tact is in his best interest, and he's clearly onboard with it.
Answer this TGG'ers: If Revis signs today/tomorrow and is announced on the PA system vs. the Skins, how will you react as a fan?
