That is a message from God, you have been on the forefront of this Revis Christ worship, repent, repeeeeent. (in a creepy voice)
When I went, they practiced on the field right outside the complex. The best place to view would be to try to get a front row "seat" somewhere in between the 30 yard lines. It was standing room only last season, so if you get there late it might be difficult to see over the people in front of you. Make sure you go to the bathroom or whatever first, because once you leave your area you won't be able to get back to the same spot. Also, bring something nice to get autographed. I got 22 signatures on a hat last season for staying an extra 20-30 minutes after practice.
Just got back... real nice way to treat your fans... keep tweeting until 4am the practice times then tell your fans practice is canceled to the public with flashing road signs and cops in front of the complex... I guess they can only practice in the rain if it's good for Hard Knocks Disgraceful
I didn't get that one but I was getting updates until 8:30 giving the practice times, plus I checked the official site and nothing. I didn't get a message that it was canceled until 10:57. The same with everyone else who was pissed when they got turned away.
Here is the tweet nyjets EA: Bad weather is in the forecast and the Jets may also have to shift Tuesday's practice inside. That decision hasn't been made yet. about 3 hours ago via web Retweeted by janesports and 1 other
I think the address is 1 Jets Drive, Florham Park, NJ 07932. When I went, there was plenty of signs that said where to go.
Good call, because that's what I had to do. It's easy to get there if you to from Bayonne to the complex. It's an easy drive.
I'm planning to go Tuesday, but will keep an eye out for cancellation, that would suck. I'm doing it as part of a road trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame with my buddy. Thanks to those who provoded info in this thread...I'm psyched!
Anybody think they will open more practices to the public next week if it gets rained out tomorrow again?
^ according to the NY Jets website, it's still a go for outside. but i don't know what time they announced they were going in dooors yesterday. anyone with more info??
Well, I'm going for it. Heading out to IHOP for a Rex-Style Jumbo Breakfast (pre-surgery) and then off to practice. I'm just gonna keep an eye on the JetsBlog Tweets. Hopefully we're a go for outside practice tody. Think the rain is gonna stay to the south (Middlesex/Monmouth/Ocean counties).
