You know it's amazing when there is somebody who has said more negative things about the Jets then Fatazzaro. Florio has such an agenda it's not even funny. Any chance he has to rip the Jets he does. This is not a serious journalist it's mpore of a blogger.
When I used to read PFT I kind of figured he was a fan with a blog who happened to hate the Jets and a few other teams. It took a couple of months of reading the site daily to decide it didn't really offer me anything. There's no news there that's accurate that's not being reported widely at the same time it's reported there. In that light there's no reason to check-in over there given that when information about the topic that I'm interested in, the Jets, is posted it's all designed to be inflammatory and it's being presented in a better fashion elsewhere. It's kind of like the reason that I don't read Finheaven: what's the point? I'm a Jets fan and it makes sense to read sites that offer interesting discussion about the Jets.
What I took of that site is he gathers up all the other outlet's articles, puts a blurb about each one and puts up their link. That's all it is, a site linked to a bunch of articles. With his occasional bursts of drivel sprinkled in.
"reality TV" is almost always staged to a degree. Why would it be any different with Cromartie and HBO? Most reality shows go as far as to reshoot "scenes" just to get better angles, etc. When watching Hard KNocks, take it all in with a grain of salt, like any other show.
Lets say you have 12 really good friends. You guys hang out everyday. Can you name them all? Most people would have to think hard and usually you'd miss one. No big deal. PS. I used friends as an example since Im pretty sure most of the people posting here do not have 12 kids.
All he talks about is that "Sanchez had a great year for being a rookie qb without much of college experience" and that "Henne was a second year player who had an average year." He's said that at least 500 times and I'm not even exaggerating.
It's no one's business who Cro's kids are or what their names are. Someone should have told Cro he doesn't have to answer personal questions like that.
Not cool, Cromartie does seem like a good guy trying to fix the error of his ways. He was definitely set up
He just needs to get the names tattooed on his forearm and he'll be all set. Or he could've named them all George.
Besides...what they should have asked him was: 'Wow, Antonio...you've got eight kids...you must have a hell of a rap...lay it on us... talk the camera out of those panties"
The clip on Hard Knocks wasn't that bad. He named all his kids and their ages. You ask any parent about 8 kids and their ages and you might get the same response. What was funny, and I only saw it once, was that it seemed as if a few kids were named after states. I do know the youngest is named "Jersey" Maybe he has a system. Name the kids in the states they are located. He also seemed to have at least three children that are 3 years of age. Guess he was busy in 2007.
2007 was his all pro year. I guess that year he took the Namath approach: have a good time on the field but make sure it's all work off it
