Whoops. Brunell better keep her far, far away from Sanchez. Gotta love Thurman. He got on Cro's case, but never talked down to him. He didn't brow beat him. He told him what he needed to hear, but didn't do it in a way that makes a player defensive about the critisism. Interesting how the Jets QB coach got on Sanchez in that meeting. To paraphrase "We all make mistakes. Don't put your head down. Look that coach in the eye and tell him you will correct it." Sanchez still gets too down on himself, and to be a leader, he can't do that. They are teaching him leadership as much as they teach football. This kid is still only 23. OK, so what has McKnight done to indicate he might ever be an NFL player? His attitude seems pretty sucky, he defends himself instead of being coachable, and so far he looks like bust. From Rex to evry other coach, it's been very negative. The only thing that wasn't totally negative were Schotty's comments about his inconsistancy.
