They are saving the air raid horn for the real games right? I thought I heard it last night, but it was so low and did nothing to impress me.
i didn't go last night, with regards to the parking is it easy to find the PSL "yellow sections" and the non-PSL "green sections"? are the two close to each other? if i'm in green and want to tailgate with someone in yellow... do we have a chance of parking close by?
exactly as long as we win the parking the height nothing will matter....but if we lose...everything will be magnified. that cattlewalk will be my own personal asylum. speaking of asylum, has anyone heard how jetophile liked her new seats going from lower level to uppers???
I had lower tier seats in old stadium and got upper level this go round so I will not even comment about my seats. But about the stadium......... Video boards - While they look great only two of the 4 show the game, the other two have ads/scores on them. Ring of Honor - Not exactly a ring! Only 3 names on each side of end zone. Also, it should have been covered until halftime, then unvieled. Orange Lot by RT. 120 - You have to walk through an overhead ramp and must walk a mile left . You can not enter the stadium by the MVP area, even though you are parked right across the street. You need to take three escolators and walk around each of them to get to the upper deck. Game info - You have to look in the end zone to get the down and distance and time and score. There is nothing at midfield except for annotying ads. Every stadium in the world has a scoreboard at mid field, mid level. Cray Paper Logos - I thought this stadium wasn't going to have the Jets Colors draped along the sidewall. Where the hell are the smoking areas? Bathrooms - The Urinals were cool, but what is the deal with the big space in the middle?
My seats are in section 310, Row 21 - right between the 5yrd & the goal line... I couldn't be happier with the seats. They are up there in altitude but you can see everything and still feel apart of the action. The parking absolutely sucks. We had to park by IZOD center and elected to walk through the bridge to the main lots. That bridge is fucking loud. Plenty of concessions and a beer stand practically every 10 feet. Only thing I can do without is the dicks who insist upon standing 5 feet away from the urinal while taking a piss.
short dicks have no hang so all they can do is piss straight not down. splashes all over their hands. koz told me so
They didn't have the shuttle bus from that lot? They have for as long as I could remember. About the scoreboard they had the down and distance behind each team's bench(see pic below) The logos on the walls are what many teams do now even those w/ their own stadium.
That scoreboard was only over the Jets bench. On the giants bench, it was about half the size and only had the score I believe.
Does anyone know if the Jets logo be on the 50 for the regular season games or will we have to live with the NFL logo for another year?
Some Pictures I took during the game. Outside of the stadium before the game Set of SNY Pre-Game show with Ray Lucas, Adam Schien, Joe Klecko, Don Maynard Commercial break of the SNY show. Adam Schien is about 5'5" About 20 seconds after the above picture, Joe Klecko and Don Maynard came to talk to the fans. Klecko already has a drink in his hands
Really? I was on the side of the Giants bench so I couldn't see, I assumed it was the same size. That sucks. The plan was to have the Jets logo(and giants for giant games) but for the turf wasn't settling or something and for safety reasons they decided to keep the one cutout at midfield w/ the NFL logo. I hope at some point we see the Jets logo.
