Figured i start this thread up because i havent seen it yet ..if this should be moved please do. Its Back Baby!!!:jets: Just wanted to know who was going? Any Tailgating going on? What sections everyone will be in? This should be a decent crowd since Jets vs Giants always do. Plus some fans will get their first look inside the stadium and be able to sit in "their" seats (at least when the Jets are the home team) HA. I will be going sitting in seciton 203a - I will call that home for quite some time. Sound off...
I'll be there in Section 103. If anyone wants to set up a TGG tailgate, I'll bring some beer and burgers.
I just want everyone to leave the game healthy. It seems like every year this game gets somebody injured and, considering I hate the preseason, I am just hoping there are no injuries.
It sucks we are playing them preseason week 1, usually the starters play into the 3rd qtr as we usually play week 3 but we'll only see the starters out there for a series or 2 and all I really want to see is guys coming out of the game healthy. Nothing else matters.
gonna do a dry run of the stadium to find out where the closest beer stands/ bathrooms are. also want to find the quickest way in and out of parking lot
I'm thinking of heading over after work. I don't have a ticket. I would probably only stay for the first few serieses. What do you think is fair to offer someone at the stadium for a spare ticket. No way would I pay face value. Do you think $40 is insulting? I don't want to insult anyone. Do scalpers sell preseason games? I'm thinking that tix will be more than normal for a preseason game because of the new stadium and more people wil be going.
I want to see what Brunell looks like out there too, see how much fumes he's got left in his tank and for fantasy purposes an evaluation of a healthy Brandon Jacobs should be interesting against our D
You should have no problem finding a ticket. $40 seems to be the cheapest on Stubhub right now, but they will get lower closer to game time. I'd say you would probably be able to find one for $20-25 outside the stadium
I have to be away on business, going to miss the game. Looking forward to seeing the new stadium, actually watched the last 15 minutes of USA-Brazil soccer last night to try and get a look at it on TV for the first time. I'll say this much, I'm looking forward to football and really tired of hearing about everyone's fucking money. The new stadium, PSLs, ticket prices, Revis, all of them. I'm fucking broke, paid through the nose for my tickets to sit in the sky, just get a game going already and everyone shut up about the money.
