FYI - Sirius NFL Radio - Broadcasting from Week 1 opponent - Baltimore Ravens ... in terms of building/decorations - coach harbaugh talking opposite of BB & pats ... wants to celebrate their past accomplishments rather than taking them down & instilling "starting over" theme ... ... flacco talking about being more comfortable going into year 3 than he was in year 2 ... no indecisions, now knows exactly where people as supposed to be ... allows him to play fast, play free, & play confident ... ... what coach harbaugh likes about flacco's progress this year - footwork, technique, clock management, reading the defense, joe shows he really has a handle on the offense at this time ... ... (missed the beginning of this topic but) - flacco does something to try to get defense lined up in more basic packages (might have been break the huddle early?) ... ... harbaugh talked about jarrod gaither ... hopes he'll find a way to make it back ... ... that's it from harbaugh & flacco - went to commercial ... l_j_r

matt birk - ... 3rd year under cam cameron - likes to experiment with less conventional things - i.e. 6th lineman in game. believes this to be a superbowl year talentwise ... ... they are young OL group & really work hard ... everything full speed ... he is only old timer .. exciting for him to be around young guys doing everything possible to be great ... they are focused & dedicated to working during practice ... haloti nata ... nice to have veteran corey (?) come in this year ... ... have to get better up front rushing passer, focus has been on this ... ... media concerned about db's ... chris miller has stepped up ... improved technique going against boldin every day ... he's not concerned about db's, the front 7 just need to bring more heat ... ... what different with suggs this year - come into camp with no distractions/injuries ... was upset with his performance last year ... is playing with purpose & something to prove ...

True dat! By week one, we could have been hit by the catastrophy train and have Clemens as our starting QB, with Lowery starting in place of a holding out Revis and injured Wilson.
Really, we don't care that much about the Ravens. I think we all know what kind of team we are facing. Glad Reed is out, I hope they lose a WR before the opener. Should be a violent game. The QB, Flaco is overrated. Matt Ryan is much better. There is your report
