Who do you think this years Offensive MVP is going to be?

Mods please change the title of the thread..I was going to do Team but I ran out of poll options! :)

Note...This is regarding team offensive MVP not NFL MVP or NFL OPOY

If I could vote for the entire offensive line, I would've. Our entire offense's success or failure will be determined by how they play.

I voted Greene though, because he'll be the statistical leader. I think that the addition of Holmes and all of the press that Sanchez has gotten have made some people forget that this will still be a a run first offense.

At the end of last season we saw what great chemistry there was between Keller and Sanchez, the same could be said of Cotchery as well.
I think because we now have a viable option at HB, its actually going to give more space to Keller to work in, in a designed play or simply as an outlet.
    So I went with Keller.
O line never seem to get any love, although we all appreciate what they do.
I don't think our rushing will be as great as it was last year and will really miss Fanaca. Yes his pass blocking was horrible at times, but run blocking was still awesome, so No to Greene and LT on that basis. McKnight , no.
Sanchez will come on in leaps and bounds but be where he should, nothing spectacular, yet.
Our WR core might very well steal all the headlines with many of them able to take it to the house at any time.
Braylon was amazing last year and not just for some of his catches, dude can fcking block!!
Someone do a D one of these ??

I voted for Sanchez, because if he plays well enough to get team MVP, we might just be going to Dallas in February.

Greene... if he stays healthy he'll be considered a top 5 running back after this season.

    He's that good.

Dustin, he was amazing during the playoffs. He just had a knack for the ball.

I've gone for Dustin too, I think he's the most underrated TE out there; maybe it got lost last year in the endless talk about the Jets' ground-and-pound offense and Braylon's perversely inverse catching abilities, but I think that Keller will get a lot of ball this season with more emphasis on varying the play and the better receiving options available.

Me, too on the career year, but I voted for Mangold. He's been the most consistently great player on the team the last few, and I expect that to continue, plus I am looking for him to work with the Impaler to get in there and contribute.

    Sanchez.

it was alluded to earlier in the thread by fenwyr....and he's right.....if this team is going to be Superbowl bound next Feb...our starting QB has to play out of his mind.

    +1 This........

Not too many sophomore Qb's end up in the SB. It is incumbent on Sanchez to be an order of magnitude better then last year.

5 picks for Keller as offensive MVP? Don't get me wrong, I love the guy as an offensive weapon, but I don't see how he puts up numbers that big with all the other talented weapons we have on this field. I think Keller will have a good season, which is one of the reasons I think Sanchez will be the offensive MVP this year... having a safe target to hit over the middle is pretty huge for a young QB.

I agree that Keller probably won't be the offensive MVP......but i do believe he'll be to Sanchez what Witten is to Romo...this season and in future seasons.

Sanchez should have 2 reliable safety outlets this year.....Tomlinson in the flat.....and Keller.

Sanchez doesnt have to be the offensive MVP for us to get to the superbowl.

Our defense is step up if not several steps better than last year. It should be near impossible for HBs to be worse in the playoffs this year than last (having Green + LT + Mcknight > Just having Green last year).

And our recieving corp should by long and far destroy that of last year. Last year we effectively had 2 recievers, this year we have a top 5 #1 reciever then likely the best #2 , #3 , and if coles comes back well #4 recievers in the nfl.

Sanchez has to simply have a mediocre year for us to have a decent shot. If his second year numbers are even close to Matt Ryan/Joe Flaccos second year then were easily in the superbowl.

Hell if Sanchez can manage a 1:1 td to int ratio id say thats enough to land us in the big game if Greens healthy.

And theres no doubt in my mind Braylon is unquestionably the man on offense this year

I'm going with the GREENE MACHINE, he needs to stay healthy and be productive, without him our ground and pound offense will take a huge hit

1350 Rushing Yards 12 TDs, with a 4.5 YPC, will put him in contention for team MVP, plus if he's playing well the play-action passing will open up and be extremely potent

I went with Braylon Edwards. I got a feeling he is going to come up huge this year. I don't think he is going to come close to his 2007 numbers with all the offensive weapons we do have, but I see him getting near 1000yds with double digit TDs. A lot of people see Holmes being that go-to guy for Sanchez once he is on the field....however, I see Edwards being that guy. They've been together longer and should have much better chemistry going into this season.

The Sanchize is going to have a huge year, he's has so many options. So far through camp Keller looks to be is go to guy. Which could be a nightmare for teams.
