He's always been strong as a bull.

The problem is lack of heart, and lack of motivation, and lack of passion for the game.

He's a load of juice. If he starts getting sacks then we know he's on it.

That would make a grand total of 3 unofficial career sacks. He's well on his way to being the next Strahan...

Weight room strength doesn't mean squat when he goes against a LT that has him by 50lbs.

As an offensive lineman I love going against muscle heads who don't know how to play d-line. They think they can just muscle through you but have no idea about technique or hand to hand combat. Easy win. Now if they have good technique and they're a muscle head it's another story.

Hopefully VG continues to improve and has a productive camp. If nothing else then to shove it down the throats of the haters out here who actually walk around hating on guys on their own team. Losers.

Would you rather us praise everyone on the team and be total sunshiners?

The hate VG has gotten from the fanbase is 100% justified. He's done NOTHING in the NFL thus far and has been paid a lot of money for it.

We'd all like to see him be productive, but until then....

God I wish he could find this type of form once again

Causing everyone to revert to their college days as far as technique, experience, and recognition isn't exactly good form. That's just magic.

I've been saying all along he needed to play end. He's going to be successful this year, and I've been saying that for the past couple months. As I've been saying all along though, nothing is going to silence or satisfy the haters. There will still be numbskulls who give him no credit for anything.

FTR, that's not everyone who criticizes him either. There are valid points in the "Gholston has been awful" argument. However, there are some posters who are just flat out retarded when talking about him.

So, it's only ok to hate on players who expend zero effort while on the couch, rather than zero effort while on the field. Got it. Thanks for clearing that up.

Hopefully this is the motivation VG needed to at least make some impact on the team. I'll take any impact at all at this point.

After practice this morning, I noticed Hard Knocks sat Vernon down for a long chat. I'm looking forward to hearing what he has to say on the show next week.

holy fuck, dude.....I thought you were fucking nutz when you were pining for Sanchez to be benched in favor of Clemens during the season last year.....but this takes the cake.

How could you defend Gholston after the lack of effort he's given the past 2 years?!! People hate on him because he's a top 10 draft selection that's done JACK SQUAT thus far.

    GTFOH with that shit.
