Ive never been to a football game, so how good is it. Is it like anywhere nears as good as upper deck seats at MSG for a Bball game? Can I even see shit. Sorry if this sounds dumb. I'm sitting behind the goal post kinda to the right.
Anyone have a picture of Upper deck prime around row 16 or so. Sitting there for Pat game and first time in a UD seat that is not shoved in an Endzone so wondering how good it is.
If security would stop wasting time confiscating my beer and flask, maybe the fans could make it to their seats on time. Except those who park in Lot P of course.
it depends upon what you really like. If you like being close to the action, it is not the place to be. If you like seeing the game and how plays develop, it can be a very good place to watch from. If sanchez goes back to back and picks out edwards deep, you can actually see the play develop. very cool. IMHO - the best value seats in the stadium are upper prime seats. If I had number 1 priority and got to pick my any seat in the house, I would probably have picked up for seats, home side, front row 50 yard line, upper deck. Of course, the farther up you go, the worse the view. in addition, i would avoid the corners b/c they create weird angles. For the money, they are a pretty decent deal.
I have UD season tix since 65 & to my liking the higher you are the better the view so I rate the UD seats as A+
Myy buddy was there and he told me about half way up the upper deck in the new place in equal to the last row of the old place. I dont know if thats accurate but thats all Ive heard.
Your row one UD Prime seats are the best too bad you don't sit in them much. I heard UD is crazy steep in new stadium so hopefully people standing are not a big deal.
You heard correctly. The grade takes some getting used to. But I sat in the Lowers during my "tour" and frankly, I didn't like them. The stadium was empty and yet the view was still too low and gradual for me. One can only imagine what happens when 18 rows stand up in front of you. Forget about it. And for this I should pay them a vig on top of expensive ticket price? And then add on the possibility of steeper-than-reasonable ticket price hikes in the future? No thanks. I told Eric I'm staying put and taking my chances. Then I went to the Eagles Concert and I am fine with the UD. The expression in the old stadium was, "There's not a bad seat in the house!" The expression in the new stadium will be: "There's not a good seat in the house!"
Ever climb a ladder? It is quite steep up there. We went up there for a quick view and the angle seemed similar to the upper deck of the old Yankee Stadium. Hope that gives you an idea.
