so turns out my vacation this weekend is cancelled...I'll be picking up the game today. Can't wait to kick Mr. E's ass
It's is awesome idea - makes the feel of the game way more realistic. It's hard as shit to get used to though. I'll probably be on PSN later tonight, homo.
definitely picking this up later today. if anyone else on 360 wants to get in a game let me know. for those with the game does the cpu quick snap or do you have time to make some adjustments on D?
You definitely have time to make some adjustments this year. Even playing against no huddle offenses, it'll bring up an option to quickly choose a defensive play while giving you a little time to make an adjustment or two.
Here is a good link in regards to NCAA rosters. Personally I trust FAIRDALE KINGS roster. http://www.operationsports.com/foru...425587-ps3-360-rosters-info-availability.html
I've started off pretty shitty online. 0-2 I've used shitty teams both times - Fresno State vs. Minnesota (lost 21-14) BYU vs. Florida State (lost 31-17) I wouldn't normally use BYU, but the guy I was playing said he was using Utah - last second switch and I didn't give enough of a fuck. It's WAY to easy to run with the quarterback.
I'm kind of glad the named rosters aren't out yet, because I completely fucked up my Teambuilder roster. I have a team that plays in North Carolina, but I used Buffalo's roster - so my pipeline is completely off.
yeah it's gonna be important to run contain's and spy's on qb's this year. the coverage seems a lot better but that creates a lot of room for the faster qb's to work with.
I had a 67 yard TD run with Max Hall - he's a slow, white, Mormon quarterback. (Actually, I just looked up his speed and for some god awful reason, he has 80 speed)
Max Hall is gone, it was probably Riley Nelson, who actually (apparently) has running ability. A fast, white, Mormon quarterback, if you will.
Alright man I got the game and got home, I'll be on all night, shoot me a PM on here about what time you wanna get your ass kicked tonight
I haven't used my PS3 since September 2008. I should start usin' it again. I have some Blu-Ray films waitin' to be watched. It's ridiculous that the thing is sitting in a box in a closet. If this game is as good as you say it is, then I'd probably get it. I loved the old ncaa games on PS and PS2.
Congrats to both of you, the emoticon flirting was just getting out of hand. I had to make it public.
The game feels way more smooth in the passing game and the running game. More natural movement. I haven't played it long, so I'm still looking for things. Are formation subs on there? And what is the L3-R3 Locomotion I've been hearing about?
