10 Most Underrated Seats in New Meadowlands Stadium.

I am going to put together a top ten list, then move on to a top ten overated list. But first I want some nominations.

Underrated has to be some seat that is good but not many people have noticed it.

For example, 340 and 337 UD Visitors side row 5 is underated. $105 bucks and 40 yard line (people also say sunny vs. shady side but don't realize their is no shady side in UD), also 346, 306, 331 and 321 four UD EZ corners row five, at $95 bucks just a few feet away from row four UD Prime corners which are $125. Also row 7 on aisle in between TC and LGL on all four corners, no body behind those seats and right by lower entrance. For people who love to stand all game and hate down in front crowd they can do it here and be in 7 row, plus people who have bladder problems a big plus. Also row two seats 11-13 in the four TD corners, for some weird reason no row one in front and you have double leg room.

Tons of weird seats like this due to stadium quirks, start your nominations while I make up list.

Then onto ten most overrated seats in the New Stadium. For example upper prime row one in the corners on the aisle, $125 a ticket, have to look 100 yards to other EZ and have to look through extra high plexi glass and have a big railing beside seat. Sounds good on paper, row one UD prime but really is a shitty seat.

I think its too early to say. Even if he did go to the stadium during mini-camp, the place still wasn't game day ready. After the first pre-season game is over you will be able to really put a list together.

OK OK I will wait till after I actually see stadium to do my list.

BTW I vote for Mezz club corners "c" sections back few rows (which are sold out) as most overated and overpriced seats in stadium. At $195 a ticket plus a psl fee of around $55 a game for a total of $250 a ticket.

They are equivalent of first few rows UD Corners from old stadium that were like $75 bucks a ticket AND Jets could not even sell all of those last year with out doing no preseason, half season ticket packages and letting you on field for a preseason game. Now they are worth $250 a ticket cause you have a place to go and buy $9 dollar beers nearby?

I vote RowOne as the most overrated row in the stadium.

I agree 100% if you are talking UD.

I agree 100% if you are taking Lower Level if you want an overall view and not having players, cheerleaders, camerman blocking you and don't want to have to look up to see monitor.

I disagree 100% in Mezz. All rows ones in Mezz are the best.

I disagree 100% from a value/resale perspective for row one sideline. Last year Jets sold front row club for around $400 a ticket. This year LGL and Lower Sideline row one tickets are $125 or $140. Even with PSL fees baked in ticket prices have fallen 100% in new stadium in row one sideline in a few sections. Mainly EZ to 20 yard line. Some guys who had front row club around ten yard line in old stadium are now in new stadium in same approximate seats with a $125 ticket. This is an extremely rare case of a extremely small group of people who love PSLs. Anyone front row club old stadium who is now row one new stadium.

Many many many people hate those seats

Are you going to any of the meet your seats the next couple of weekends??

I think you said you can't but if you haven't checked it out you should. I'm shocked that you haven't yet. I thought you of all people would've been there the most, even driving up and trying to break in.... lol

I will be there for Jets/Giants game in my seats. Only reason I did not go is I am always busy on weekends doing crap and the train to meadowlands does not operate on non-game days so it is a pain to go after work.

On the other hand I have no clue why 17a has been there 100 times to look at the parking lot and his UD seats. What is the point?

Plus who needs to go with so many pictures!!

I disagree 100% with this whole fucking thread. Nobody around here has Row Ones except Champ, and he lives in Texas. So WTF are we talking about Row Ones for all the time?
