That Colts game was so much fun, from the parking lot, to inside, and then back out again. The atmosphere was out of control, but that's what impressed me with Rex. He got us going in week 2 against the Pats, it was so damn loud-
Yeah, we need the airhorns back, did anyone ever find out why they were one and done? Also, I'm hoping for no Titans shit this year, any word on that?
I think it was because of security reasons as speculated. If they ever really had to play that God forbid we'd all be cheering like morons. lol
I think the official explanation was something like the air raid sirens were too close to either the stadium's existing emergency sirens or a local warning system, so they switched them to that annoying replacement siren initially but I think they just gave up after a while and went back to the PC Richards jingle. Hopefully they'll have something cool lined up with the new place.
I wouldn't mind that, at least they're green and white, and us old guys still have ours laying around. I just find it annoying when everyone in the stadium in in Jets green except the Jets. And you can't see the numbers on the Titans uniforms, where I'm sitting this year I'll have no chance.
how funny was the game Penny and Fiedler went down with torn shoulders in back to back plays!!!! that was so Pathetic and reminded me why im a JETS fan 2004?
2005, and that wasn't funny it was gay. Kliff Kingsbury played a game for the Jets that year. Kliff Fucking Kingsbury.
Kudos to the Bean Post Pub first of all and secondly, I was married the day before and the resort I was in for my honeymoon didn't televise the game. I saw the results and was stunned to learn of the final score.
17A , I knew the Beanpost ( maybe I knew you ? )---------------as well as Gris/zwalds--Lentos--Embers--Skinflints-and Tristinos and a few other spots :breakdance:
my uncle owned the bean post. grew up in tottenville though at the other end of staten island.wasnt a regular but spent some sundays in there.
We all know becht was not a good receiving TE but he was a great blocking TE, a very underrated player by Jet fans.
