I didn't watch that game or any highlight shows yet. Nava would be the 4th guy to accomplish this feat as far as I know. Bill Duggleby, Jeremy Hermida, and Kevin Kouzmanoff also did it.
Strasburg out after 5 1/3 and 95 pitches. He was not happy with the mound, and walked 5 (in addition to 2 hits given up). Only 1 run so far, but he leaves with the bases loaded.
Storen gets a popup and strikeout and gets Strasburg out with only 1 run given up, and in good shape for his second win.
Yeah. The thing that the four players accomplished was on the first AB. Kouz and Nava did first pitch.

Jackson, who was originally drafted by Arizona in the first round of the 2003 First-Year Player Draft out of the University of California, is a .277 career hitter with 46 home runs and 247 RBIs in 526 games. Demel's been very good in the minors, but I think the A's got the better deal here. Jackson still has the potential to be a very good player. The guy just can't stay on the field. This move seems to be all about money though.
Strausberg gets a ND but goes 7 gives up 1 run on 4 hits 0 bb 10k with only 85 pitches. In the best division in baseball the rays and yanks lose to in state "rivals" while the red sox continue to destroy the NL to pull within a game of the lead. Sox 8-2 Vs NL. 3.24 ERA. hitting .316. 13 HR and 69 runs scored in 10 games
And in their rotation they have a guy who was born with the name Johan Santana. This reminds me of Office Space when the Michael Bolton character complained, "Why should I change my name? I'm not the one who sucks."
