Very nice recovery by Dickey here. Now that he's pitching well and has only thrown 86 pitches, I'm sure Jerry will be taking him out.

Wright doubles and Pagan goes yard! 6-2 Mets.

Where would the Mets be without Dickey and Tak? They'd be sooo screwed.

And Manuel continues to use Feliciano as a situational lefthanded pitcher one batter and you're out. What a moron. And, of course, it makes it more likely that Feliciano will fail if he does face a righthanded batter, since he never gets to face them.

Dessens does a great job, which is terrific for everyone except Feliciano.

Francoeur doubles in two. Four-hit game for Frenchy.

I always wonder what K-Rod feels like after the Mets score a couple in the 9th to make it a non save situation. I feel like it's happened at least a couple of times this season.

Remarkably poor performance by Zach Braddock - now 10-4, six batters faced, and still no one out.

I think he's pissed, which is of course symptomatic of the trouble with the modern use of the closer, since he'd be just as pissed if his manager dared to bring him in once it wasn't a save situation.

Mets salvage the final game of the series. Good to see, but they really need to start winning a few series on the road.

Hey so anybody have any idea what the Mr Met Dash promotion is? Do kids get to run of the bases with Mr Met?

On the radio broadcast, I believe it was Howie Rose who said it will take Rick Peterson more than 10 minutes to fix Braddock.
