Yes Lawrence was the original/'real' LT.. But Ladanian was called LT ever since he was a child, and just went with it. I'm sure Ladanian has, or had alot of respect for Lawrence. Discussing Ladanian's nickname is ridiculous, and who gives a damn.

My read at this point is that LT called a pimp, Davis brought the girl, he figured she was old enough, and if she told her she was 19, then that adds to that rendition. EDIT: Now listening to WFAN, the defense attorney says he never called Davis or any pimplike person. Though obviously that's what he's supposed to say.

The two actually talked about it live on a late night talk show (I think it was Letterman but could be wrong). LT jokingly called out Tomlinson for stealing his name and said he would start calling him "BLT" with the B standing for "baby." Tomlinson agreed because he likes BLT sandwiches.
lol yeah I think I saw that. Bottom line though EVERYBODY knows Lawrence Taylor is the 'REAL' LT. All in all it's just something stupid fans get over sensitive about.
