that's what he believes he is supposed to do, promote the message.

the mere fact that when a microphone and camera are in his face you listen enough to know what he is saying inherently reveals you care what he has to say, even if you don't agree with it. but clearly there are more than enough people who care what he has to say, so you thus can't dislike him for that if that is the criteria you use to dislike him.

That's my take. I don't hate Tebow, I hate the constant public fellatio he receives from every reporter/network. I mean, they had a fucking "TEBOW CAMERA" during the game. That's a bit much.

That's funny. I can't recall hearing him tell the public to do anything. What message would you like him to send if not one he believes in?

I think no message is the angle he was going for.

I think you should re-read what he said. He specifically said he'd like to see him send messages OTHER than Christianity. "No messages" doesn't apply.

Why can't no message be a message? "Stop listening to what professional athletes say" Ultimate message: I never have a message.

Edit: Clearly, I was projecting my own opinion.

If Tebow is repetitive it's because he's asked the same damn question 50 times. If he gave 50 different answers we'd be calling him a hypocrite and the criticism of "he's using the microphone to further his career" would actually have some legs. Are you really mad at him for being consistent in his answers or are you just mad because you don't like the questions being asked/wish they weren't answered so much.

    Amen to that!

I think the mistake most people make is that they project their hatred for the media (which is slobbering all over his nuts) onto the man himself. Tebow doesn't call reporters and camera crews and schedule these interviews, they come to him. Do they do so in an annoying fashion? Yeah. But is that Tebow's fault? No. Why some people can't see this is beyond me.

Hahaha. This is exactly how I feel about Tebow. He is forcefed to us. It's like Sidney Crosby with hockey.

Yeah, people that think their opinions are 100% accurate and don't really have any argument to back them up are annoying!

Jesus, Schmesus, it's a free country. At least for now. Tim Tebow doesn't give a rat's ass if it's annoying to people in principle or if he annoys people personally, because spreading the message gets translated into see how they mock me and persecute me just like Jesus!

I have a message for Tim Tebow, though. Jesus doesn't care about football. :breakdance:
