Good thing That Kyle wilson can return Kicks and punts..

Plus brad Smith did pretty good as a returner.

PSSSTTT...The Jets system produces good returns---see Chad Morton

For reference, Walt gave Millen three consecutive A's in 2004-2006.

I like teams that draft talent, and the Jets certainly did that. Wilson is Cro/Colts insurance, McKnight a Leon replacement, Ducasse a Faneca replacement, and Connor a nice FB. They got younger and I certainly wouldn't be the one to criticize a Tanny draft after the last few years.

    And while I like Best/Spievey, I'd rather have Wilson/McKnight.

BTW, thank Tanny for taking Wilson away from the Vikes.

    I liken this to a B.

Love Wilson. Happy with Ducasse. Stoked with McKnight. And got the #1 rated fullback?

If you factor Braylon and Santonio then its an A.

Still would've like to see a DE drafted.

^ We'll be fine. We're converting VG to DE. He'll be a Pro Bowler with his hand on the ground.

I was comparing McKnight to Leon in response to the statement that McKnight replaces Leon. Wilson had nothing to do with it.

Obviously, given the Rex/Tanny comments today, Wilson can be penciled in as our PR. The lack of mention for him returning kicks can either be attributed to the fact that when the comments were made Leon was (I believe) still on the roster, or to the fact that they view McKnight as a possibility. Either way, I'd like to see Smith back as a lead blocker instead of as a returner.

Good point on the system producing good returns. No one should ever doubt Westhoff. Of course, Morton was a good returner everywhere he went, even if only one of his two seasons as a Jet was phenomenal.

^ Putting two rookies on kick and punt returns is a good endorsement of our draft.
