Great pickup I love this guy, I dont think he should have gone in the third or fourth but having him as a UDFA is awesome
This is a great pick up. He's a guy that I had going in my last mock in the 6th round - I didn't think he'd fall completely out of the draft. Warren was considered a top twenty prospect at the beginning of the year. He's got a ton of talent. Coaching will be key with in his development and we have great coaches here. DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH.

Before we got Antonio Cromartie, I frequently saw Donovan Warren being mocked to the Jets. ...in round one. Best cornerback corps in the league and it's not even close. This kid left Michigan as a Junior because he had been told by analysts he'd be drafted somewhere in the first 3 rounds of the draft. Sucks for him money-wise. Hopefully this lights a fire under his ass to earn a big payday someday.

Donovan Warren has had a rough offseason. He ran a 4.59 second 40 yard dash at February's NFL Combine. He has always had outstanding technique, but this performance has raised questions about his speed. Warren hoped to put on a better show at his Pro Day in Ann Arbor, but managed to run an even slower 4.62 40 yard dash. The newly raised questions about his speed will likely knock him into the late second or early third round, where he would be a steal for some team.
