I specifically wrote out reasons why the girl would "have a change of heart" in regard to pursuing her accusation. I also brought up a point proving that an organization has every right to discipline its members in any way it sees fit based on its own take on the infraction. I even based it on my own personal experience. So I'll repeat, simply because it cannot be stressed enough, you are completely clueless. But don't worry, you're not alone.

actually, that isn't what you said by any reasonable application of basic communication. when someone replies to your post, and your reply can easily apply to them, it can only reasonably be interpreted to be directed towards the person you are quoting. there is nothing in your post that says it isn't directed to who you are quoting, since it is just as applicable to our interactions in this thread as well. we even have to hold your hand and walk you through your own posts.
