So if you're drunk then you don't care if some guy comes up and plows your ass, because by being drunk you consented to be fucked?

I don't judge him either way, if he did it, his time will come. Karma is a bitch.

I think it is kinda funny that you seem to think you know exactly what had happened in this situation. You are speculating and assuming, just like everyone else. You know nothing more than the next guy. You get your information from the same places everyone else does. You don't know exactly what took place, and all you can do is just assume. There is no definite on this issue.

I think Calvin Pace has a right to speak on the issue, he is a player of the NFL who has every right to express his personal view on the matter, as the suspension hammer came down on him as well. It has nothing to do with what Big Ben did or didn't do. It has to do with the punishment given to a "supposed" innocent man.

I'm done on this issue, it really isn't that important to me, I can just understand why Calvin Pace would speak up on this topic.

Is the police report speculation? I am just able to fucking read, not some mongoloid that skirts the white line, hiding behind the veil of "well if he isn't convicted then it didn't happen" agenda.

Thank god you are done with this issue.

Ok, I was done, then you come at me with that?

Yes, the police report is speculation, that is why it is a police report. They take down the statement from the accuser.

What is wrong with my opinion on this issue? Seriously, I'm not saying that Big Ben isn't guilty. Not once have I ever stated that.

All I'm saying is that it wasn't proven, so there is a possibility that it didn't happen. You read a police report of the accuser, is that gospel to you? So every police report that has ever been filed is accurate and true?

It is easy to feed into everything the media throws out there, it is easy to pick and choose what you want to take from this situation, then assume the worst. Instead of looking at it from both sides.

Like I said, he very well could have commited this crime. If he did, I think he should be punished to a much more severe degree. If he did do it, justice unfortunatly didn't find him on this stint.

You are correct the Police report was not accurate. There was even a cop fired, excuse me forced to resign over this issue. Care to take a wild guess as to whose side that guy was on? Guess who he was taking pics with?

I will give you a hint it wasnt of the girls snatch.

How about this....... Did ben have a history of this behavior? Yeah he is completely in the right here and the commish gave him 6 games because he is a bad man that loves power.

How come the Steelers were so cool about this suspension when their super star QB was innocent? How come they want to trade him after their due diligence? because he was completely in the right?

Yeah I know the chick should have said no. She should have kicked the shit out of his entourage and fought them off and really let all them know ben's cock hanging out wasn't cool.

This isn't like some idiot woman in Mike Tyson's room @ 2 am looking to discuss world politics.............

I am sorry but I am done arguing with this ignorance. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck then it is a fucking duck.

I have to say that a man the size of a Rothlisberger forcing him himself on a woman has got to be as uncool as a priest forcing himself on a child. Forcing anyone sexually is uncool, but the intimidation thing angers me greatly. He needs to be incarcerated in order to get a dose of his own medicine.

Doesn't Pace know that Pacman Jones was never convicted in court either? Where was he then?

“How do you suspend somebody who didn’t get convicted in court? I don’t get it. How can you do it?"

The key that a lot of people who are upset about the ban fail to realize is that while it may be he said she said there is much more to it then that. There certainly was evidence and the NFL also did their own investigation. There was obviously evidence that went against Ben and there are certainly some fishy things that took place. There was also a lawyer on WEEI that claimed something similar happened in Las Vegas and he paid the girl to keep her mouth shut. There is also that even if he didn't "rape" her he was still purchasing shots for an underage girl.

The key for me is that Ben has not come out with any statements denying any wrong doing or the fact that he isn't appealing this. Yeah he had his bs speech that he didn't write but the fact that for the most part he's been quiet is suspicious to me. My thoughts as if somebody did this to me I would be filing a defamtion suit immediately.

I completely agree with Pace. Not only was Ben not convicted of anything but he wasn't even CHARGED with a crime. I personally think this suspension sets a dangerous precedent going forward.

I disagree with Calvin Pace on this one. Regarding the incident and that he it never went to court was because the DA didn't have enough evidence from the incident to prosecute Big Ben of rape, and it sounded like if they did have evidence it wouldve gone to court. He has had several incidents in the past, in the past year he had another incident with a female at a club regarding the same type of situation. Not to mention his injury the off season after he won the Superbowl in his second year. Just because he didn't commit a crime doesnt mean he didn't deserve a suspension. it was conduct detrimental to the league, if he is giving a bad rap to the league then he can be up for that sort of punishment. If this happened and he wasn't a football player he probably would get in some sort of trouble with his job.

Condemning rape, or at least questionable sexual conduct of which he has a history?

I see the point I don't like or agree with the commish because of Spygate that right there was enough to turn me off caught cheating and destroys evidence. It all goes back to ego and I hope he gets his. With the suspensions I kind of agree though Ironic isn't it.

While I woud agree with you if was as simple as she said he said but I think the reason the case didn't go forward was because the accuser didn't want to. That leads me to believe money was exchanged which was what Roger Coscak said on the Doug Gotlieb Show.

Big Ben is a piece of shit, and I'm glad his career is going down the tubes.

He still has two Super Bowl rings, though, and no one can take them away from him. No sympathy.
