Making that really made me realize how there are way more than 64 players worthy of being a Rd 2 pick.

    Comment please!

    Awesome Job, 624

Having done a number of two round mocks I know how time consuming they are, and its clear to me you put a lot of thought into this one.

As for the Jets, as a Jet fan I would be thrilled with Griffen & Houston.

    624...........really outstanding effort.

The Jets just missing on Odrick, Kindle, Iupati, Pouncey and Wilson would be devastating.

I'm not high on Griffen as a 3-4 OLB.

If you pass on Griffen, the next choice, IMO, is McCourty.

Houston would be a nice option as a 3-4 DE.

    Thanks Jabba

    Thanks for the feedback WW

Yeah I hated missing out on all of those guys but I just made it realistic and unfortunately that's what happened, so I felt the BPA was Griffen. I considered McCourty but with the addition of Cromartie I just really feel like CB will now be addressed later (Javier Arenas or Walter McFadden) unless Haden or Wilson are available...and Haden is guaranteed not to be there and I feel like Wilson won't too.

If the Pats got Damian Williams I would be so pissed, Williams has to be one of my top receiving prospects in the draft, he has such an awesome game.

Let's face it, if the Patriots get anyone except Mays we'll all be pissed.

4-3. They don't have the linebackers and their ends are already tackles. Hughes could actually be good for them. Better than Banta-Cain, anyway.

If this is the way the draft turns out I think you need to trade down!

BTW this draft is going to suck if we are going to have to watch the pats pick up all of these good players

The Pats have a 1st and three 2nd round picks...there is no way they do not come out of this draft with a bunch of sick players. We just have to accept that now.

Edit: Yes I would prefer to trade down but I did a mock with no trades.

Wouldn't it be great if one of them was the good kid and the other one was like the real Bowman? Mom would get a note from the teacher with a suggestion to "discipline Navarro" and good kid would get knocked threw the wall by mistake. Hahaha, he would have shot her as she slept.

I agree. I thought it was a great mock. While I'd support McCourty as a fantastic player, he'd be such a wasted pick. I really don't get the thinking that he's going to be BPA at the position.

It was between Morgan and McClain...I just felt that DE was a little bigger need and Morgan was a little better value.

    It was a toss-up.
