    I think Manuel's gonna escape unscathed after (especially since Valdes didn't give up the game winning run with K-Rod in the pen) because the press will just focus on the whackiness of the game. We also have to allow for the possibility, however slight, that the Mets, you know, win. It's not like Tony LaRussa and the Cards have anything to be proud of either.

    Even Tim McCarver is saying don't bunt. I can't believe this. Manuel and LaRussa are in the ultimate retardfest. This is amazing. This whole game is just absolutely amazing, and it should be played on a loop in mental hospitals everywhere.
