Obviously, but he can either sign or hold out and lose $.
    I'm thinking he'll sign.

Yeah but i'm sure they will be on the phone with that asswipe agent of his if they have a deal in the works and he'll sign and be dealt on draft day.
He, as we all know, doesn't have a leg to stand on:eek:hmy:,and we can just play hard ball with him.

This has been their way under Tannenbaum and it's worked.

I'm thinking we'll likely go defense when you consider Rex is the coach, we traded up for two big offensive pieces last year and have aquired mostly offensive talent so far this off-season. The couple defensive guys we did get are replacing others who left.

I live in Kansas city and there's alot of word around town that the Chiefs are interested in drafting jermaine Gresham at TE or Golden Tate at WR. If Gresham is still on the board at 29 I really think the Chiefs would want to trade up. Their 2nd and 4th for our first, point value wise it's an even swap. And I think the Jets would be open to moving down 7 slots assuming Sergio Kindall is off the boards, if Kindall is on the board at 29 I think the Jets grab him, regardless of if they sign Taylor or not.

(edit) reason i think the Chiefs trade p for Gresham if he's there at #29 is because most don't think he'd get past the Rams in the second round before the Chiefs could grab him.

I'd consider trading up for Kindall, but i wouldn't trade up for DE, there's just too much depth at the DE position, but not nearly so much good depth at OLB in this draft.

To be honest, our special teams unit does need some improvement.

Yea, a scrub QB, an decent but overpaid DE and a decent-at-worst backup safety, along with our first and second round pick.

that move would mean Tanny had his brain removed and replaced with pudding.

So yes, it would be a no brainer
