Since much of the discussion lately in the draft forum has focused on players falling to the Jets at 29.....I'll take it a step further. Who's the one consensus top 10 pick that you think has the chance to freefall into the late 1st round or out of the 1st round all together?

    poll forthcoming.

Clausen seems to be the consensus around the leauge with the Bills and Browns passing on him...

Jags will take Clausen I think if he falls to him. McCoy isn't expected to be a 1st rounder so I don't count him. I'll go with Witherspoon I see him falling out of 1st round

I saw that Brandon Ghee is going... I have yet to see him in mock going in the first. he has just set himself up for a embarassing night, also lamar houston. Im not saying they are bad players but it will just be a awkward situation.

I still remember when Aaron Rodgers was the sure-fire 1st overall pick by every media pundit and mock draft that year.....and watching him drop to Green Bay on draft day was almost painful to watch....I felt for the guy.

I'm wondering if the same thing will happen to somebody like Sam Bradford. He's coming off major shoulder surgery....there are questions how he'll react to playing NFL calibre defenses...he's not in the Big 12 anymore.

I guess i'm saying...maybe St.Louis passes on him and takes one of the DTs instead...

Perhaps Buf and Cle pass on him too....because maybe they don't deem Bradford worthy of a 1st round contract. Not with the question marks surrounding him.

Before i get flamed to no end.....I'm just thinking/speculating outside the box.....I've seen some weird shit happen at past drafts.....who's to say it doesn't happen again this year?

    Other - Jason Pierre-Paul

He's got a high ceiling, but he just comes off as too raw to me to be taken in the top 20, where I've seen him projected quite a bit. He's lacking experience, and he's a 4-3 DE, in a league where most teams either are, or are in the process of moving to, a 3-4 defense.

I could see him dropping as far as late 20s, maybe even as far as early 2nd.

Yea them going is weird. I was assuming they were going for 2nd day but didn't see anything saying what days the guys invited are going to be there.

The funniest part would be that Bradford and Claussen would have switched roles vis-a-vis their skill sets. Smith was the more athletic QB who could run while Rodgers was more of a pocket passer. Now you're predicting that the athlete slides while the pocket guy gets the nod. It's kind of funny...or maybe I'm just fucking weird.

I noticed NDmick selected Eric Berry....interesting choice.

Just so you know....if Berry did slide right into our lap at 29 and we selected him....i wouldn't be able to contain my cum shot.

If Berry falls to 29, I may very well wind up ejaculating my testicles. Enjoy the image.

Berry will not fall all the way to 29, unless somehow every team even remotely interested in drafting a safety, has Berry rated below Thomas, Mays, and Nate Allen....

But I have a hard time thinking Tanny could contain himself if Berry somehow manages to reach 21.....

My best guess for a top guy who could slide a little is Gerald Mccoy. and by a little, I mean all the way to 6. If Detroit goes with Okung, nobody will take Mccoy before Seattle.

Most likely faller on Draftday overall is either Earl Thomas who I can see dropping into the early 20's, or Iupati/Pouncey. I think the Steelers take one, and the other plummets to the bottom of round 1, or possibly out of it altogether

It seems McCoy is not graded as high as the other guys, so I didn't count him.

I picked Bradford because he has the most question marks coming into the draft. Coming off a major injury, he's not the biggest guy strength wise too. I'm not saying thats wicked bad, and he has been bulking up a little, but one hit to the midsection and he could be out.

He also will have a steep learning curve against NFL defenses, and I feel if he gets destroyed due to a poor OL in the beginning of his career he won't be able to bounce back.

I know what I say is very vague, but I'm new at analyzing this draft stuff...

I'm pretty sure he meant Gerald McCoy, not Colt.

i know Berry is one hell of a safety, but they just don't go that early.

He could fall to the latter part of the top 10. I don't think he's falling past 14. He's not a top 5 pick.

I don't know where to put this...but I hate Peter King.

    SI_PeterKing

RT @aarong33: I have to know-if Clausen is there at 9 Bills have to grab him, right?... Why do you have to know? Will life end if you don't?
