I have never read so many comments on espn and other sites about how awful the Jets are going to be. According to them Mark Sanchez is a "below-average" quarterback and once again we got lucky last year that will never happen again. We gave up their best runner for that bum LT. "Jets are 7-9 team. At best," I saw another person write. WTF is up with the rest of the fans of the NFL? I can't even read anything posted in another forum because no one will give us any cred at all. It seems like nobody watched the Jets after week 17 and ignore the fact that we picked up Cromartie. Doesn't it always seem like the rest of the fans of the NFL have this thing against the Jets for some reason?
Most NFL fans just spew out of the mouth without having a firm grasp of knowledge on the other 31 teams in the NFL. "My team rules, your team sucks! ZOMG, Alex Smith is soooo much better than that stupid Mark Sanchez." Or something to that effect....
This shouldn't bother anyone. I read those comments for entertainment only. Those fans are the same kinds of trolls we make fun of when they come here and spew bullshit, finding themselves banned quickly. Getting annoyed at those comments is a weak thing to do. Shrug them off, or laugh at their stupidity.
I live in Mass, they obviously don't like us up here. I have had Pats fans in my gym, in my office and around town tell me how great the Jets look and how they're fairly certain the NE "dynasty" is over and that the Jets are now the team to beat in the AFC. Maybe this is the sentiment in other regions like in Miami but it's not here. I also see the same thing when I travel for work especially in San Diego.
People generally don't hate losers..... I like the hate, like you said; it's usually because your good. I can't even imagine the hate from South Florida when Taylor turns his back on Miami and signs here.
do you ever read the comments on nfl.com? they are the most depressing and retarded spewings imaginable and seem to consist of people saying in CAPS things along the lines of "WE OWN YOU!!! [insert team name] NATION RULZ"
The team will get it's respect on the field. I can not believe that the jets are finally an organizational culture to be proud of.
I listened to some Dolphag fan on Sirius trash us for signing a "druggie". He said we should go and sign the rest of the troublemakers in the league. The he went on to say that the Dolphins would NEVER sign such a person. Ricky Williams? What? Most fans fire from the hip.

I like the hate as well. I don't want to be the super popular team and see kids here wearing a Sanchez jersey. All the Colts fans and Pat fans and Fin fans and Titan fans here hate the Jets... as for the Falcons they picked up Dan Klecko this offseason. Yay!
Who gives a shit?? As a fan of the Jets I will blindly say this or that team sucks too, it beats trying to reason with most people. Dolphin fans I think are the worst, they still think Dan Marino is going to win his first ring soon.
