We've already had Keyshawn, Laveranues and Santana at WR, Santonio might as well be Steve from our vantage point.

And don't even get me started on D'Brickashaw, FFS.......... I'm telling you, he'll never be any good while he's got such a daft moniker.

We have had pretty generic names too, Al, Wayne, and Rob just to name a few.

    Sounds like a folk band.

It's almost as if Tanny saw the final four rules as a worthy nemisis or something. IS THAT ALL YOU'VE GOT NFL?! MWAHAHAHAHA.

AS long as we don't add another generic name: like one particular Jason.

Maybe him and Clowney can come together to get all Jet's haters to kill themselves.

Yes, but I read somewhere, (can't post links yet due to post amount) that there is a recording of a man that was there next to Holmes admitting that he was the one who threw the glass at the woman, after the woman had started hitting Holmes in the face.

So the marijuana issue is still there, which seems to be an issue for a lot of guys these days. US as whole should just legalize the damn plant. But this night club issues might really turn out to be nothing at all.

What I find hilarious about this, is that if Pittsburgh is looking to clean house because of the bad publicity they're getting, they chose Holmes over "Rape-lisburger." "Big Tool" may have taken them to the SB, but the idiot that he is has got to have the poorest set of judgment skills ever displayed. Limited motorcycle experience and no helmet causes a scary accident and possibly jeopardizes his career and the Steeler's season ans future. Two sex assault/rape charges in two years. Now, I am not playing judge and jury here. I know there are plenty of people that are just looking to capitalize on any opportunity they can, BUT.... two in two years??? Either there is some truth to these allegations, and "Big Ben" is not just a "Big Bumbling Fool" and all the fans are the ones who are being fooled, or he truly is a moron, and just can't seem to make the decisions necessary to avoid getting himself into such situations. Whatever it is, the Steelers should be more concerned with parting ways with that dumb-ass than parting ways with Holmes.

But their loss and what seems to be a very hasty way of addressing their current in house issues is truly our gain. The Jets roster just keeps getting nastier and nastier. I say AMen!!!!!!

Looking through the endless comments from fans of teams around the league, especially the AFC east is making my day hilarious... TANNY FTW

They weren't as durable. To last as a WR you need extra consonants and maybe an apostraphe or two. If you play for Jacksonville you need a hyphen in the last name, too.

As a raven fan, I must say, great deal for jet fans. Though holmes has baggage, for 2010 the deal is worth it...

Perhaps the Steelers just wanted to be rid of him and get that press out of their hair immediately. Tough to fathom I know when they could easily get higher, but who cares now?
