    So then we need to not bring in a FA for whatever the parting FA draws in order to get the comp pick.

    I think that should have been a 3rd comp pick or Holmes. The poster was assuming that if Holmes left in FA we would receive a 3rd comp pick.

    There's a chance Santonio might still be under RFA rules if there's no CBA worked out by next offseason. Of course, that will also mean there's no 2011 season, but the league won't stop operating until the '11 Draft, so Tanny could still work some magic.

    Hell, even if there is a lockout Rex should just take the team over to the UFL and have him kick their asses too.
