After digesting this scenario over the last 24 hours I have decided that the improved passrush + Dolphin fan frustration of Jason Taylor signing with us would outweigh my hatred for him. I'm on board with this.... Whether or not he actually signs, is another story.

because maybe the 31 other teams are maybe set on there pass rush....or want to focus on other positions. in our case, being in a situation, pass rush was a weakness. signing him would be an instant upgrade in that department. he can come in on 3rd and longs and be our pass rushing specialist. with this his legs will be fresher. even if he is only a beast in the first 8 games.....then he still helped us improve for those 8 games. maybe after the 8 games, our rookie draft choice will be ready to step in. the bottom line is...it does not hurt our team.....it only improves a need in our defense

lol...i hear you...trust me. But you can deny Taylor's talent...he was a DPOY a couple of years ago....if he's brought in strictly as a pass rushing specialist....that fills an immediate need. Is he still a cockface?...yes he is. This move would help the Jets....and it gives us even more flexibility come draft time. I have a hunch Taylor will sign too.....like i said when we signed LT.."Rex can sell refridgerators to an eskimo"...he's got that charisma that players embrace.
