Big picture: Pace, Taylor, Gholston, and Thomas and we asked a kicker to take a $300k paycut?

And it's a copy cat league as well. Go to division rival. I think it spices things up.

Favre to the Vikings the long way
    Mcnabb to the Redskins
Why not Taylor to the Jets?

There's nothing saying that all of those players would be on the team. Signing Taylor would give us the freedom to package BT in trade to move up a few spots for a pass rusher on Thursday night.

Sorry but not sold on that piece of crap don't want him and think there are better routes where we get younger and better. No matter what anyone says here That pu$$ is still and will always be a piece of crap. What he said is not part of the game it is outside of lines. You can be a bad guy and no say things about fans. Frankly the way some of guys are willing to forgte his shit is embarrassing and still no one not a single person has answered my question. IF HE IS SO FING GOOD WHY HAS N"T HIS TEAM OFFERED HIM A CONTRACT YET? Not like he is going to break the bank.If 31 teams are passing on his stank ass there must be something sorry but Rex has a man crush on him from 5 yrs ago when he is not the same player. Don't want opr need him. F taylor for what he has said and done I do hope he rots in hell.
When someone can tell why his team has not offered a player that has been on the team for that long a vet deal there is a reason. For those of you saying if he helps us win a super bowl the dude did not show up the last half of last yr and they limited his snaps stop dreaming and drinking the rex-aid he is not going to help us.
spen the 1.5 on Brunnel if anything he'll help Sanchez get a young thru the draft or trade but not an over the hill oft injuried peice of trash talking crap. If you want that sign Keyshawn back at least he help change the culture here.

We would def have to keep B.T. though he's a good run stopper, and we need that, keep Taylor in for passing downs only! and some run plays

Agreed, the only problem is, you don't know how good they are going to be in the NFL. There are always busts, and you don't want to run into another VG. Still, I would prefer the Jets draft one rather then sign JT

The guy had 7 sacks this year. 7. Pace had 8 in 12 games. Assuming they both repeat, that would be 15 sacks, between just the two of them, from our OLB's alone. I would take that any day of the week.

Could you imagine going up against Pace-Scott-Harris-Taylor on a 3rd and long? Fuck that.

Boohoo. God forbid people ignoring douchebag antics for a shot at winning the superbowl. And you question their loyalty.

He had 7 sacks last year. Clearly he has nothing left in the tank.

He is the same player who recorded 7 sacks last year, Sorry for sounding like a broken record, but it's not like he's going to play every single down. He will play obvious passing downs, and rotate with Pace and Thomas. I imagine thomas will be in on obvious rushing downs. I'd rather sign a guy who called me ignorant, then a guy who beats the shit out of women (Marshall)

Haynesworth wants out of Washington...because he doesn't want to play in a 3-4.

    Guess which scheme we run.

Oh yeah, lets trade for a guy who half asses 80% of his snaps, until his contract year rolls around.

Okay, let's argue this a different way - only a fucking idiot would trade for Hayneworth with that ridiculous contract. This shouldn't even be a discussion.

    LOL.

Fuck Haynesworth guy is a problem. More then Marshall IMO. Atleast Marshall does his fucking job. Haynesworth kicks a guys helmet off, and curb stomps the fucking guy, and likes to take off during a game.

I dont even think Rex Ryan would want to deal with that faggot.

    the fuck?

Haynesworth is a 4-3 DT by trade (look at his tape from his days with the Titans, when he was dominant in the 4-3)....he's not a 3-4 anything.....he's said he doesn't want to play in the 3-4 period!
