Choose an Option and state your opinion on why. In my personal opinion I would do it only if they "whoa us" meaning there 2nd and maybe a 4th (The division tax per say) if not then id say a big N-O.

    Trade him for a second.

Washington will not a be a Jet after this season anyway.

That blog makes no sense. How does it say IN THE SAME PARAGRAPH that the Jets would match any offer to an AFC East team but will refuse to pay him what he was offered last year.

    Thank about it.

The only thing that scares me is a Wildcat Offense with Ronnie Brown, Ricky Williams, and Neon Leon. That would be rough to stop a great combo of speed, power, and elusiveness.

    The options are a 3rd or a 2nd and picks/players? What about just a 2nd?

You are right about the blog not making any sense but what im saying is even though they are not interested in letting him go to another AFC East team, if they had no other choice or felt that it would be best to go for value since he might not be a Jet next year what would it take for Miami to acquire him from us.

Take the 2nd round pick and run......the Dolphins can have our sloppy seconds. Like Electric said...he's gone after next season anyway...might as well get something for him if the opportunity is there.

Look at the source- "What would Joe Namath Do .com"

If you all remember "Jetsbabe" from a few years ago- this is her new blog. It has not been reported elsewhere.

    hell nooooo

    don't let him go there

it doesn't look like leon will be a jet after this upcoming season but it's the NFL and who knows. injuries can happen. performances can dictate something different.

I would actually think all of these points would validate to in fact trade him seeing as you stated, Its the NFL, He could get re-injured, might not want to be a Jet next season and his performance could dissipate.

This showing trading him for a 2nd ( 43rd pick if miami) he could be replaced with a talented rookie ala Jahvid Best or Toby Gehart insteadof having nothing at the end of the season.

I was thinking the same thing. Either way, for their early 2nd he has to go. Sorry Leon.

Great I am going to start a blog.....................

My sources tell me that Alvin Keels dresses up as Little Bo-Peep and blows a gaggle of sheep. LW is going to fire him now.

I absolutely love Leon, but for that pick? I'd probably let him go to Miami. He's not going to see many carries behind Ronnie and Ricky, at least until the latter is done playing.
