Dude, that's the point. After last year, I have 100% faith in Rex and Tanny, and I bet those guys do to. The point was to look at just how far we've come, from pessimists and darksiders to optimists all. I wasn't trying to call anybody else out, especially since I have owned up and admitted that hindsight is 20/20

 

You were probably pretty pissed when the Giants drafted Hakeem Nicks.

Firemanedjr went back a couple of months ago and dropped a big fat mea culpa about how wrong he was about last year's draft. He confessed to all of it, which is a hell of a lot more than most people ever do on this site. He takes a lot of shit even though he's atoned for everything. I figure it's got to stop at some point, but when?

He drudged up shit about how people were dead wrong. Jam did the exact same thing. How is that picking on firemanedjr? Ed started it, Jam finished it...in style.

What the hell was Ed "starting"? He was talking about the collective mentality of Jets fans changing. It was a great thread to bring up. He didn't once say "Ha ha, look at how wrong you losers were." He said how great it was that everyone was so optimistic right now. The post, taken as a whole, was positive.Jam came along and called him an asshole and COMPLETELY changed the tone of the conversation. And why did he do it? Not because it was merited based on this, but because of something that happened AGES ago and has been hashed out at great length.

Like I said, I like Jam. I think he's a great poster and a good kid, but the ceaseless attacking Ed passed the point of absurd long ago. To be honest, I was a bit surprised to see it was Jam this time.
