I'm all for this. There's no correlation between being on hard knocks and not making it to the playoffs so Beningo should stop crying.

I'd also guess that it's Hard Knocks-related. I have mixed feelings about that. I love watching anything about this team (and I'd sure as hell watch them on Hard Knocks), but I'd be a bit worried about the possible distraction.
Then what would he do? If we ever win another Super Bowl he'll be out of a job and champ will have nothing to post here.
Haha, so true. Some people's schtick is to be the "woe-is-me, long-suffering Jets fan", and to wear it like a badge of honor.
At first I was against the Jets being on Hard Knocks. But after some of the players we picked up in the off-season, I think there's too much here for HBO to pass up. Will LT be back to his old form behind a great OL? Has Cromartie's off-the-field issues gotten to him as a player? Can Pool stay healthy after suffering 3-4 concussions that seriously limited his playing time AND health? Will Sanchez take that next step? What will Rex Ryan say next? Will Woodhead make the final cut? Will Woody be able to sell these PSLs? Will (Hopefully not but, throw in rookie signing drama here) sign? If James Dearth returns, does he really have the "girth" to snap it from a distance? Yeah, this will make for some good TV. Sign 'em up.
He'd bitch how we should won the SB by 17 and we only one by 3...SOJ!! Then we'd have to hear him say the word "bro" to his baseball geek sidekick for 3 hours.
the only reason any fan of this team should be against this is if every team to ever be featured on the show totally imploded during the season. it hasn't happened and to be honest if they can't deal with the spotlight on them how were they gonna win the superbowl anyway?
