I'm not saying that one should exclusively draft for a need obviously talent is an important part as well

Pretty tough decision and I didn't have much else to go with. Not a fan of the best avalable safety and who knows if Bobbie Williams will be with CIN so I went with a guy I like in Iupati.

I think I can speak for all of us (as Jets fans) when I say that we hate the pick for the Patriots...But it's a good choice for them

As the Jets GM, let me be the first to say, "Booooo". At least it was an expected "Boo" though.

I've said this over and over...the way the draft is playing for the Jets at #29...the pick isn't going to be a player I really don't want.

Jet's need to find someone to trade down with to get back into rd 3.

Graham is the only player I would trade up for, ahead of New England

Yeah, it really is just a gut feeling pick if they sit at 29. What's encouraging is that usually better players slip in the real draft than in these mocks. Maybe the Jets will get to take a player they dont think should be there, or trade down because some other team sees that guy slip.

Graham is the obvious choice for New England. New England usually surprises me and drafts someone I didn't think they would consider.

Yea, I personally don't like the way this mock is starting to pan out for the Jets. If this were the case, I would hope we trade back into the 2nd round(early), pick up a 3rd, and then draft either (*****Im a dummy*****)

Wow, such a rookie mistake. I totally forgot we were in the mock thread.

WW85, you can ban me for that if you want

Brandon Graham at 22 was a heist .. I almost took him at 12 to Miami and it was a very tough call

If the Pats land Graham in that spot in the actual draft, my draft day will be ruined

I like the value of Trent Williams to the Steelers as well ... excellent value/need pick

I LOVE Ryan Mathews to Houston

Not cause you're my main man, WW, I really do love that pick ... Mathews and Slaton can be a Great duo

    LOVE IT!!

Mathews (feature) & Slaton (scat) can be a lethal 1-2 punch

My pick was pretty easy after Philly released Andrews, Plus their center is coming off a torn ACL. It was a no brainer to pick Pouncey over a corner or Dlineman.

Great call I'm definitely feeling that pick especially with Iupati being off the board

Thanks, it seemed like the best pick for the Steelers. I was tossing it up between Williams and Iupati. Given how much Big Ben is hit or sacked, this seemed like the logical choice.

I almost took Trent Williams for the Titans but they were pretty strong at OT and I didn't expect Jason Pierre Paul to be available.

Pouncey was a nice pick. I have very good feeling Pouncey is going to be a outstanding Pro.

Reid loves to draft D-line in rd 1. You went against the grain and it's a need..good pick.

I dont think this is thread worthy so I'll just post it here. Any reason why when ESPN does their OTC segments they ignore the draft order for some reason the Cowboys, Chargers, and Eagles apparently pick before us per ESPN
