So far so good, I think that a certian player is going to be the pick for the Lions, I think its hard to ask a team to invest 36 million dollars in a tackle and then draft another one who may command even more. But you cant argue with Suhs talent

Like the pick of Bradford. I know the DTs are supposed to be generational-type guys, but I don't condone spending that much on the position. Bradford might be an injury risk, but I just have a good feeling about him.

BOOM. Call that one a monkey wrench. If Okung was on the board it would have been a tough call, but I had to make a move. The Seahawks have a new regime, with a new potential QB of the future, and now a (potentially) premier offensive skill player for the first time since Shaun Alexander. I love Dez Bryant's ability, and his ability to be a go to guy makes every other WR they have better.

That pick definitely shocked me at first GH...but I see your reasoning.

There is no question about Dez's ability.

    I don't even think he's a bad person.

Dez is probably one player that could go anywhere from 6-20...very unpredictable.

I like it, GH ... it defies conventional wisdom, but the talent is definitely TOP 10 and I like that you're not afraid to think for yourself and back it up

I'm like that too, if I love a player I don't care what someone elses value chart says because its not a reach in my book

I was thinking of taking Berry.....but I wanted my shutdown corner.

    I may regret it!!

    Great pick MB!!

I was hoping he would keep sliding to Miami

Not in the real draft of course, but just in this mock where I GM the fins

I like the Haden pick for the same reason I liked GH''s pick

You can definitely make a strong case for taking a blue chip corner over a blue chip safety, so I don't think that was a bad pick at all ... its not he chalk pick, but that doesn't mean its a bad pick

    I LIKE IT

    thanks WW!

I thought Okung would fall into my lap...but Jabba and his conventional wisdom made me go to plan B....which really...didn't turn out too bad in the long run.

totally agree....I'm pretty high on Haden....he's money in the bank. Excellent pick for Holmgren to build his defense around. :)
