yea i want to go to chicago. we wont play there again till 2018...... soldier field maybe ill hook up the traveling tgg.com tailgate party
As I said it will all depend on the dates because I intend to spend a week or so in the IL/Iowa area enjoying another hobby of mine. December will not cut it for that hobby but Sept or Oct would be perfect
I was definitely going to Chicago if they had played at Soldier Field in 2002 but they were playing in at the University of Illinois. I really want to go to Chicago but we'll have a newborn then and I don't think I'll be able to go.
it doesnt make much difference to the ratings, they will suck no matter who they put on there. the regular world just isnt interested in the nfl network.
idk much about ratings, but if the game is telecast on a standard network around here would the ratings count for NFLN or for the network the game is telecast on?
I would say certainly the only ones who do not care about the NFLN are those who cannot access it. For those who can access it it is just like a MNF game
if they're going to be on thanksgiving, this is the ideal spot for me.it's pretty hard to really watch a game with the dinner and family and everything that comes with it.now i can eat, socialize and should have a pretty empty house by game time.
I was thinking along the lines of a Mangini thank you party, the issue for me is the game I go to has to be early because I'm going to Munich/Salzburg in December so I have to save up for schnitzel, pretzel and beer.
Whew, just broke the news to the wife. We have 25 people at my house. I am not gonna tailgate and will take the train at around 6pm. I told her to plan on a 3pm feeding so I can help clean up. I would think most people will just go to the game and not do a 3 hr. tailgate. Traffic is gonna be horrible. Another thing, god forbid we have a lousy record, the place is gonna be 1/2 full. Remember, none of our games are sold out to begin with.
