Who do you want the Jets to open the Stadium against on MNF?

Vikings. It'd be sweet to crush Favre on national TV.

Patriots because I don't see us losing that game...we will be fired up. Patriots would be the most important win so I'll take that.

 

Love to start off with a win against the Pats, start off with a lead in the division!

 

Long as we win I dont care.

Personally id like it to be against the Ravens or Vikings since I think theyd be the easiest team to beat on that list.

Having the opener against a divisional rival, not a fan just because ANYTHING can happen in divisional games. (see 2009 jets)

 

Anyone but New England. 4 home openers against them is enough for me.

 

I have to go with miami as well. We owe them for sweeping us this past season. so to get that particular monkey off our back 1st and on MNF would be great.

 

I feel like it is going to be definitely either Baltimore or Minnesota.

I think it will be the Patriots but I want it to be the Ravens.

 

This is a absolute no brainer for me. Those two Dolphins losses last season were both agonizing and awful. I want nothing more than to start the season 1-0 and the dolfags 0-1 in our new stadium on MNF. I will almost certainly be trying to get tickets to this game.

I find this hard to believe because last April when the schedule came out, we were all pissed to play the Pats again as the home opener.

Let's play someone else for a change. I'll take the Packers.

Enough with opening the season at home against the Pats. I vote for anyone but the Pats. I want to play the Pats at home in December for once and play them on the road early in the season. I am so sick of seeing the Pats in September. Please NFL - give us anybody else. It is a disadvantage playing New England early in the season at home and up there late every year. I also would rather play Miami in the cold at home.

 

I voted for Miami...the fans will be fired up and it should be an easy win. I don't think it will happen though.

If Favre comes back it will be Vikings-Jets because of the whole storyline with Favre and also both teams were in the final four, it would simply be a good match-up.

If Favre doesn't come back I think it will be Ravens-Jets with the whole Rex thing and that too would be a decent match-up.

 

last year everyone thought we would lose to them. this year we will kick their ass and everyone is confident about that.

 

Better to play in Mia in Sept. and have Mia in December.

Negates the weather/conditioning advantage.

 

I'm glad everyone grew some balls. I've been waiting for everyone to catch up. I felt pretty lonely.
