Good to see Tannenbaum intends on re-signing T-Rich. A necessity for us.

Might as well keep Richardson until he decides to hand 'em up (assuming he's still productive). Jason Davis can start next season.

T-Rich has been golden, no reason not to resign the man. One of the better FBs in the game right now in my opinion.

Well, from what all of the beat writers are going on, the conference call they had with Tanny (can be heard on the official site, 1:25-3:50), I'm not so certain about T-Rich coming back. Here's the exact words he used, in Tanny-lawyer-speak:

From what I heard in that conference call, I think I agree more with Boone than Cimini. If Jason Davis doesn't look like he's going to pan out as they progress through camp, they'll try to bring TRich back.

Hehe, I thought about editing them out and then I just said fuck it. If you recorded yourself in a conversation, you'd probably be surprised with how many 'uh's and 'y'know's you said in a 4 minute span.

Yep Jets scout says the same thing. That tanny could be leaning towards Davis and that its "always a tough decision to decide between a young guy and an old vet"

I don't feel comfortable at all handing a starting role to a person Ive never even seen play. Has he ever started before? You can't really tell based on stats for a FB.

YES YES YES you bring him back until he doesnt want to come back anymore, then you beg him to come back again.

i see absolutely no downside to having t rich on this team next year. IF he doesnt come back i will be interested to see the affects.
