The fact of the matter is we gave up a HUGE draft pick for this asshole. And he has NOT delivered at all. Baker was pick 88, Hobson was a practice squad player but still the 53 pick. Gholston was pick 6. Hurts a little bit more than a second or third if they did well. Then again, CMart was a 3 rounder and that hurt them just a little bit.
It would be interesting to hear an honest appraisal of Gholston from Rex, maybe it would serve as motivation.
Gholston must NEVER EVER go online and be deaf during games. If Rex told him (Gholston) exactley how bad he was, he should be suicidal , except he'd screw that up as well.

Wouldn't surprise me. I have never believed Bilicheck to be this incredible football genius that some people write him off to be. Yea he is a very good coach who is great at game planning against opponents, but it seems since Poli left they have been a little lost. He seems to have a problem with vets (a lot of players have bad things to say about their treatment in NE), his draft classes have for the most part been mediocre at best, and nobody was talking about his genius until Brady helped him win those super bowls. I know he isn't completely responsible, but these are the reasons he was called such a great coach. Now Belicheck and the FO just seem to enjoy picking up players the Jets let go in an attempt to stick it to us with our old players. So I wouldn't be surprised if they keep him to keep him out of NY.
