Giants final PSL payment is due March 1st. Unlike Jets they did not tell you where you were sitting so gave you opportunity to back out if you did not like seats before final payment is due.

Back outs are buyers remorse on good seats and Mezz B back outs are crappy seats.

At least I don't swallow. I did not bite as only seat I liked was the 10K seats that was on top of 20K section. Giants want 50% down today and seats were $140. So Giants wanted to bang my credit card for 10K today and $2,800 for tickets in a few weeks. Still those same seats are 15K for Jets so not a bad deal.

In the old stadium my seats were along the portal area. Those rows the seats starts with #4 and kept going down. Don't know how they are doign the new stadium. Be happy you are in row 10 though. I've seen pics from row 8 on the sideline and you have a HUGE obstruction with the safety bars in front of you.

I had put 60% down a while ago for Giants PSLs. I knew I didn't have to sign the contract and could request a refund so I figured I'm not taking a risk yet until I sign that contract. I had sold some tickets for them in the past and sell tickets for other events and make some extra cash on the side. Never done it with the Jets because I love going to Jets games and also the Jets are NOT a profitable venture. When I got my mez B location I refused to sign the contract and requested to either see the seats or get an upgrade. Can't upgrade me to mez A or move me to $1k upper decks and won't show me my seats unless I sign the contract so I said F U and requested my money back.

    I saw that picture.

I suppose that is what you see if you are 4 feet tall or when you try to take a picture of your shoes.

I sat in row 8 at the new stadium..the view is fine for normal people...
and having a railing to lean on is a good thing..I did it for 20+ years in GS.

Hey 337, yea Mezz a is sold out but they have several good spots available in groups of 3's only. If they still let you buy and then reneg, but three, ask for refund on one and stick it to the man and have a place to put your coats.

I am telling them no but put me on waiting list for UD. Bet when Giants finally have open house they will get a lot of trade ups when they see how high UD is.

I'm walking away. Not dealing with organizations that play games. Not a Giants fan and was only looking to make a profit which I can't see doing with PSLs unless you took a $1k upper deck in a good location.

This was the picture. I also have a picture I need to put onto photobucket of section 346 row 15 someone took for me.

    I know.
I already said I saw the picture...no need to repost it.

I stand (or rather sit) by what I said previously.

And this is the view a normal person has from those seats.

I was just showing what I had seen for others here to see. No need to have a stick up your ass.

I have no such thing...but thanks for the advice.

My point is the picture you posted was a distorted view from the seats...
I suppose the poster who took the picture might be wanting to justify his decision to leave those seats in order to spend thousands to sit in a LL endzone seat..not sure of his motivation.

But its not the real view..so by posting it you were not helping people make an informed decision..you were "misleading" them...not deliberately, I am certain...but misleading nonetheless.

If someone had a chance to get those seats and didn't purchase them because they believed the view was what you posted..they might put a stick up your ass. :)

It's possible both pictures are correct and not distorted. The picture with the obstructed view may have been taken when seated and the 2nd picture is obviously taken from a taller angle, most likely, standing.

If this is the case, and most reasonable people would conclude this, then 337 has a legitimate point, in that there is an obstruction when seated. How is that "misleading?" I would not know of any reason why somebody would intentionally go out of their way to take a photo from knee-cap level and then go through the trouble to post that deceiving shot as being representative of the regular view. For the purpose of what? All that work to dissuade others from taking those seats? It just doesn't make sense. It's either that or it was Photoshopped, and neither makes sense becasue of all the work involved.

What does make sense is that there IS an obstruction when seated and no obstruction when standing, and neither has anything to do with anyone having a foreign object embedded in their rectal canal.

Going to get it done right now. Friend of mine has his seats next to mine so he was there the other day.

Point of the row 8 photos was just to show what someone had taken. Even if there isn't an issue unless you are 4 feet tall some members here have kids or grandkids they plan on bringing and if you have a 10 year old kid sitting there it could be an issue.

Anyone know how the demo is going on the old stadium?
    Pics?

I was thinking about going and taking some shots of the demo. Anybody know if you can get in the parking lot to take pics?

section 346 row 15. If not on the aisle then a couple seats off the aisle. Was done on a rainy day but still not terrible. Friend of mine has 346 row 22 but the aisle closer to 347 was supposed to go today but it was cancelled because of the weather.

Also this picture was taken with a cell phone so it isn't as clear as a picture on a camera.

That doesn't look like a bad view, it looks much better than I thought it would from that high up.
