I started a new franchise in december with the jets as my team and now I have played a number of seasons and Rex Ryan's contract is up....I tried to be able to renew his contract by looking into coaches available but I just can't get it done. I allowed the cpu to take over but when I started the next season I had some asshole as my new coach. Can someone specifically give me directions to renew Ryan's contract with the jets when it expires?
I think what you do is when his contract runs out, you need to find "Coaching Staff" in the off season menu and Rex should be right there, unless he retired, which would be addressed before you even started the off season. Hope this helps!
