The past couple of weeks, I've just been "talked out" in the draft forum.

There were some comments (moronic) made that I just didn't have the energy or desire to respond.

Just not much new info to report on...waiting for the Combine to start.

You can only talk about Jordan Shipley so much. A thread that has been overhyped to the "nth degree".

Things should be heating up soon:

    Incredible 40 times...

    Great agility drills...

Wonderlic scores...the good & the bad

A few player's stock is going to rise big time in Indy!!

the time period from now...until the draft in April....is insufferable.

I compare "waiting for the draft" to when you were in elementary school and it's Xmas eve....up all night waiting for Christmas morning. It was only a few hours...but it felt like decades.

I agree, it's a long wait. The Combine and then Free Agency will make things go a little quicker....also our 7 Rd Mock will help:)!

I've always felt the end of the draft was a big letdown, plus being totally drained watching gavel to gavel coverage....kind of like the "Day after Christmas".

this year will be worse....because i don't believe the Jets will be as active during the Free Agency period as they have in recent years.

Yes...i'm looking forward to the 7 round mock in March.

i'll take the "gavel to gavel" coverage anyday......i love watching the draft.

Not being a draftaholic, I usually jump in and out of the draft coverage on NFLN. But this year's first 3 rounds being in prime time, I'll definitely watch. The chances of completely shitfaced Jets fans making an even bigger spectacle than ever are just too good.

I feel ya its just been a generally boring off season thus far. Probably because we performed so well that we just want football back and less offseason
