I would be ok with taking a receiver with one of the first two picks. Damian Williams would be ideal IMO.

Williams and Selvie would be a really nice haul.

If only we didn't have to give up Stuckey for Edwards. He'd be a great slot receiver.

I think he'd be a great pick, but I don't think we'll get a shot to draft him.

After McCoy got hurt in the BCS title game, by the way, McCoy told the freshman who got thrown into the game, "Just throw the ball to Shipley."

This is why I want Shipley he is there in the mid-3rd (If we can acquire a 3rd round pick).

...and Garrett Gilbert threw 4 INTs in that game.

Not that I'm blaming Shipley for the picks, but Gilbert was forcing throws to him all game - and you can't do that against a defense like Alabama's.

I agree but if McCoy felt that way about Shipley it must be because he thinks the guy is the most reliable WR on that team... the Gilbert is a freshman and doesn't know how to throw to Shipley is more his fault than Shipley's...

Well of course McCoy feels that way about Shipley. He's his best friend, and his favorite receiver.

...and Gilbert did know how to throw to Shipley - he threw 9 passes for 117 yards and 2 TDs to him. I just know for a fact that 2 of Gilbert's 4 INTs were horribly forced throws to Shipley, and Arenas made him pay.
