cant wait to pick it up. always a great game with unbelievable graphics and the road to the show gets better every year

 

Is it going to have some kind of superstar mode? I always loved those in sports games and was really disapointed in the superstar mode in madden

 

thats what the road to the show is. you create your guy then get drafted to a team and play spring training then get sent to the minors and you play games and have certain things to do when your at bat. like get on base or score the run on third and by how you do you get points that you can put towards your skill building and the getter you are and get moves you up on the depth chart and leagues

 

i think the best superstar mode is in NHL.. you are given experience points after every game and then you decide how your stats go up.. AND.. they have season expectations which if you meet, you then get bonus experience points.. to use however you like.. with madden.. it doesn't matter what you do.. you could rush for 2,500 yrd and score 30 TDs.. and still go up the same amount...

 

Loving 09...10 is too rich for me at the moment, I'll wait for a price drop

Is the home run derby back?

That was my whole reason for buying the game back in my PS2 days. Maybe that sounds silly to some, but I would get my money's worth.

I bought the one with Ryan Howard on the cover (08 or 09?) for PS3 only to find it the home run derby was no more. I was pissed.

2K Sports (nix NBA 2K) is horrible!

 

I did career mode as a CP last season, and I ended up as a 5 year minor-league veteran. I'm switching to SP this time around.

 

This is my best game. I played online exclusively for 4 months, and I ended up ranked 34th at my highest. I can't remember the exact record, but I around 200-30. Ranked up to mid All-Star...

then NCAA 09 and Madden came out.

Easily sports game of 2010 unless Madden pulls a gem out of their ass.
